Easy Natural Makeup Look With Strobing!
At a recent makeup workshop held by the Depilex College of Cosmetology, I was fortunate enough to learn to different makeup looks and see the products used. This is the Natural Makeup look which is perfect for day-time with an emphasis on strobing techniques! 1. Prepare skin for the makeup treatment.
2. Prep & prime the skin.
3. Select the foundation. (MM Foundation in Latte used with a Latex sponge underneath the eyes + MM Foundation in Warm Oak all over the skin with a MAC 190 Foundation Brush)
4. Set the foundation with powder (MM Powder in Natural Beige with a fluffy brush over the t-zone)
5. Selection and application of eyeshadows (MM eyeshadows were used - Velvet Sheen in inner corner with a flat brush, Velvet Mist & Velvet Mocha over the eye lid and Bronze in the crease with a MAC 217 brush)
6. Brows application (using a Black/Brown pencil by Rivaj)
7. Liner application (Kyolan liner in 0 with the brush to tight line only)
8. Mascara application
9. Blush application (MM blush in Glam using a MAC 168 brush)
10. Strobing (strobe using the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Cottage Cheese along the highpoint, blend with fingers and then set with 'Sheen' eyeshadow by MM)
12. Lipstick application (combination of Afghan Rose & Uptown Girl, then set with the same eyeshadow)
